Designing with Advanced AI

This course challenged me to justify AI before implementing it. For ConvoKeeper, a dementia care intake and activity planning system, I developed a vector-embedding architecture that matched residents to activities and conversation topics based on personal profiles. Beyond the technical methods, the course instilled a critical habit: asking whether AI genuinely adds value to a design problem rather than simply adding complexity. That question became as important as the architecture itself.
